I’m one part of the Client Success Team, doing anything from menu updates, updating hours, and being the communicator between the restaurants and the online ordering services!

What do you love about working at Ordermark?

How family-oriented we are. Anytime I have a question, I can go up to anyone and ask, and they also challenge me to grow.

What are the biggest challenges you see restaurants facing with online ordering?

Communicating with the online ordering services in general. Restaurants are slammed! They have 50+ tickets and they don’t have time to call every service. That’s where we come in.

What do you do for fun?

Drums! I haven’t played in a few years but I love channeling my creativity through the drums.

Alex Canter
